Easy Overnight Oats - no cooking needed

- 1/4 Cup quick-cooking rolled oats (or regular rolled oats)
- 1/2 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 3/4 tbsp coconut sugar (or sweetener of choice)
- 2 tbsp salted sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp powdered protein of choice (I use unflavored whey protein)
- 1/2 cup fruit of choice (fresh, freeze-dried, or dehydrated)
- 1 cup milk or plant-based alternative
If using freeze-dried fruit you might need to add an additional 2 tbsp of milk.
8 hours is the minimum recommended soak time but they can soak for longer. Several can be made at one time and then be eaten throughout the week.
